Position Statement
1. Responsible for employee recruitment, entry, personnel transfer, resignation and other procedures;
2. Responsible for employee salary calculation and monthly salary schedule;
3. Responsible for the recruitment and withdrawal of employees and the payment of social security and provident fund;
4. Managed staff personnel files, established and improved staff personnel files, handled and updated labor contracts;
5. Carried out the operation process of various affairs of human resource management and implemented various rules and regulations;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualification
1. College degree or above in human resource management, administration or related major;
2. Have practical experience in salary accounting and social security declaration;
3. Familiar with the operation process of various human resource management practices and national labor and personnel laws and policies;
4. Careful and conscientious in work, strong in principle, good executive ability and professional quality;
5. Strong interpersonal communication, coordination, organization and planning skills;
6. Proficient in common office software and related personnel management software.
