Automatic spring winding machine is mainly used for springs with different wire diameters, outside diameters and winding ratios, and the spring length is adjustable. The equipment adopts closed-loop control to realize tight winding of spring wire, gap winding, variable diameter winding, double and multiple wire winding and so on. The equipment adopts a closed-loop control system to monitor the winding speed and winding tension in real time during the operation of the equipment to ensure the consistency of each spring coil. Spring wire material is not limited, such as stainless steel wire, Nitinol wire, platinum alloy wire, gold wire, applicable wire diameter is more than 0.01mm, spring minimum diameter of 0.15mm wire (surface can be coated). Spring is suitable for medical intervention guide wire, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular spring coil winding.
